Positive: Everything The villa itself is a marvelous historic building. You can enjoy an incredibly well prepared and with huge variety of delicious products breakfast in a beautiful room. The staff is very professional and warm at the same time. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and very well decorated This is one of the best hotels we have stayed , and we have stayed in many around the world. Excellent!
Negative: There is no parking for all the guests, but this is a minor issue since we didn’t have any problem parking in a 200 meter radius around the hotel.

Positive: A wonderful renovated villa, with excellent repairs and design. Everything is very beautiful and comfortable. Excellent room, very comfortable beds and an absolutely gorgeous view from the window! And the breakfast is the best we have had in hotels during all our travels in Italy and beyond. The villa is very well located - in a quiet, peaceful place, and the center is literally 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace. I planned a stay at this hotel for my birthday - and everything was great!
Negative: There was a small misunderstanding during check-in due to the air conditioner not working with the young man at the reception, but everything was quickly resolved.

Positive: The best staff of any hotel I've stayed in! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. My room comfortable. The location was close to town but quiet and without a need to climb much up the hills. Also close to the stop for the bus from the station. I had a small single but everything was good quality.
Negative: I imagined the outdoor space to be a little bigger, more secluded and not so close to the road.

Positive: The breakfast was amazing…anything you could possibly want for breakfast was offered in the buffet plus you could order eggs prepared to your liking. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. Great location, too.

Positive: This is a small but very elegant hotel in a wonderfully renovated house. It is very conveniently located, being within a few minutes walk from the old town and outside the restricted traffic area. We were allowed to park our car just in front of the entrance. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered a spectacular view. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was polite, lovely, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. In summary, everything was perfect.

Positive: The staff were great. They parked the car and brought it to us. When you visit you will understand why that’s important. They helped my daughter and me find a pasta cooking class. Breakfast was great too. I got a parking ticket in another area of Italy and the staff helped me understand how to take care of that too. Who knew tickets were paid at tobacco shops?? Beautiful view and people. We spent 5 nights there and would go back. It was close to the train station for quick trips to Florence and Siena.
